My favourite would be the muffler. it looks nice out the back, and I like the sound.
As for things that have made it easier to live with every day, putting back the CD stacker made it much nicer on the drive to work. I just need to one day get around to changing the stupid way the dealership mounted the stacker for the previous owner (it's basically sitting vertically, on 2 bits of gal hammered roughly to shape, then with a pair of self tappers through the carpet and boot floor)
That's a lot cheaper than they were last I looked.
But, it's not that important to me that I could be bothered to install a new head unit.
At the moment the stacker and the tape adapter thing for my mp3 player work well enough. Yeah, the sound quality isn't the best, but it's all filtered over the great loud "DERRRRRRRRRRR" of the exhaust drone anyway.
My hard top has made owning the car in winter much more tolerable. It keeps the heat in and the rain out, all while giving much better rear visibility than the pathetically small window in the soft top.
Although mods like thicker sway bars and chassis stiffening make the car more responsive and fun, I need a level of comfort if I'm going to be using it as a daily. The car is plenty fun in stock form; mods just make it more fun
