I don't really see the need for them.
Legally you can't watch anythign when the car is running, (nor should you!)
And is there much need for a 7 inch screen to say "Track 3, Volume 6"

I've had a fold out 7" screen in my NA for years, but I did specifically get one that still has a screen visible when the screen is folded away. Spends most of the time back in the dash, really only comes out for long trips with a passenger. Only use dvd's that you don't have to watch, stand up or a movie you've seen a thousand times are good options, that way you can listen to it without feeling the temptation to turn your head. Even then I'll mostly still just have the screen closed anyway.
If I was to buy one again I doubt I would. Only ever bought this one because it was cheaper than an equivalent CD unit was.
