WAT racing adjustable shocks with 7kg/mm front and 5kg/mm rear springs.
Suit NA and NB.
Adjustable damping (bump and rebound together) via knobs at the end of the shaft.
Ride height can be adjusted independantly from spring pre-load/travel. Ride heights can range from road legal to very low.
Previous owner did 1000km on them, then sold the car. I have done one Winton sprint and less than 200km.
They where very effective at Winton but compromised the ride on local roads to much for my liking, until the using very much softer springs which would compromise the on-track performance.
$750. will ship at buyers expense. parts are located near Geelong, Victoria. Contact via Email or on 0352795916.

How do I ad pictures?
The "upload attachments" and "img" options did not result in the pictures being in the posting.

This is the ride height I used at Winton. It can be increased to a road legal height or lowered further.

Hi DBR.
Do you know if these are the 50mm or 57mm versions (Size refers to outer shock tube size).
Do you have the adjustment spanners?
Is there any particular reason you are selling them?
Thanks
J.

The shock OD is about 57mm. They take 60mm ID springs on the seats.
I did not get the C spanners from the prevoius owner, but I made some. Apparently you can buy them on Ebay also.
The front shocks have damping adjustment knobs on top of the shaft. The rear damping adjustment uses a small tool (6mm hex shaft with a knob) that is included.
I am selling them because I did not like the ride with the 7k/5k springs that worked well on the track. I found the ride acceptable (to me) with 4k/3k springs which is similiar to what I was running with the standard shocks and a bit soft for the track. So, I have had a re-think about what dirrection I will take with this car.

To clarify my comments about the ride, it was to firm for my taste, but it was not harsh.
I have driven an NA clubman with the standard Bilstiens which was harsher.

Price drop to $700. This is less than half the new price for almost new parts.
I will be off line again over the weekend but can be contacted on 0352815195.
For those Victoians wishing to avoid transport costs but don't want to come to Geelong, I can meet them half way.
