That would have to be a sub-standard turbo set up.
Fettled 04 SE aka BARMY for track and local use (quite a lot broken at the moment). Highly effective Shkoda Superb Tdi for work and distances.

I was surprised I wasn't pulled on this earlier. I wrote the post very late and could not be bothered looking up the Japanese translation for the horse and rider thing...but you get my drift.

I am sure I must have experienced a very very bad setup. It is difficult to make any judgement due to the lack of samples to try.
