Postby demon » Thu Nov 17, 2011 3:11 pm

- New rear main seal
- New top radiator hose + new turbo water lines.

Bad points

(all cosmetic)

- prior repair and paint to front left guard and bar is not the best
- bonnet has scratches and dent
- small scratches and dents mostly on rear of the car.
- rubber mould around windscreen is cracked

Extra Info

Car made 149rwkw @ 9psi on MX5 Mania's dyno and 155rwkw @ 10 psi on CRD's dyno (have dyno sheets).

The car has done three track days and I must say that it is a very fun car to drive. It handles extremely well and the turbo gives it that extra power needed to stick with some of the more powerful cars out there. Currently, the car is parked in the garage and only gets driven to and from the track. I now drive the tow car that I purchased which was going to be used to tow this car when the rego expires.

I'm located in Sydney, NSW and can be contacted on 0407 931 097 if need be.

150+rwkw, 5 gears and 4.3 diff??...

You must be a very fast gear changer!

GLWS mate. Quite a few highly modified cars have recently come and gone and maybe this would ride the same wave.

Because there is no way an interstate buyer could get the car over the pits to change the ownership to a new state or territory?

I just bought my daily car from QLD and it is now registered and I didn't have to take it to pits...Are you saying that this needs an engineering cert? If so, that can be organised.

Perhaps the rules vary from state to state. When I took a Vic car to the ACT I had to obtain a certification from a regulated mech that the car was road legal, then take that certification to the ACT roads authoirty to get ACT number plates and rego.
