I did consider a matching handbrake and gearknob, but I like heaps of weight in my knob (dont we all?), so best bet would be to wrap an existing weighted knob. And as also mentioned, people have many different tastes. I for one have the joyfast medium knob, which replaced my black voodoo and i would never go back.
Do people really like the short tombstone like the trap over a shortened console that just goes around the gear stick with provision for the window switches?

I am just not overly keen on it myself, as i like the storage. So I will need somebody to tell me what is wanted there.
I would love to be able to make assumptions on prices, but they will be just that for now, assumptions. If I guess prices I know I will be wrong and will crush peoples hopes.
That is why I posted a link to aerokits.net as an example of what CF is worth from the US, but from what I have heard I think it could be possible to go a fair bit cheaper.
manufacturing costs are a lot less than you may think. Just a few hundred for the initial mould, then not too much after that for each piece.
The shipping is the most expensive part, and I think it is a fixed rate so it gets spread out fairly quick, which is why numbers are needed.
I am not doing this for much profit, just after some free parts really. I just like the idea of getting some expensive or hard to get parts out there at literally the best possible price.
Who shops at MSY? This is how they can sell stuff for less than retailers are paying.
Even after all this is said, I am still not 100% sure I will go through with it. maybe 95% sure now, I just have to speak with my mate.
EDIT:
http://rev9autosport.com/na/engine/rev9-oe-style-radiator-panel.html Is an air diversion plate in CF but for an NA. I think people would like these.
a mate of mine suggested earlier today that I could get the windscreen surround on CF, but i didnt think many people would be interested.
CF oem style mirrors would be nice, but I would only be able to supply the CF part of it. You would then be required to disassemble your existing mirrors and swap parts over.
[threadjacking]Also, by pedals do you mean a pedal cover, or the pedals? I am not a fan of covers personally, as I use grip tape (glow in the dark yo!)

this colour when not illuminated and it lasts a fair while. If anybody is in Adelaide and wants their pedals wrapped in either GITD or black, PM me and I will be more than willing to do it for nothing. [/threadjacking]
