Hi
Just purchased an LSD. Can anyone recommend a diff specialist in the south east Melbourne area ?
I have spoken to keysborough diffs in Dandenong. Anyone used them before ?

I had a diff welded up (CIG Locker) for my prev track car by them 10 yrs ago.
10yrs, two sets of axles (splines twisted due to power), and 50 track days later, the diff still worked perfectly.
I'd definitely recommend them based on my experience...

Likewise Transdiff in Bayswater. They installed a Mazda Torsen for me 2 or 3 years ago. Not a problem in 40,000kms and 20+ track days since.

Wun, charges then were around $140-160 if you took the diff assembly out yourself and just gave it to them along with the new centre. I've taken the diff out of mine a few times in the garage. It's a horrible job on stands, involving very large dirty things being lifted and manipulated in bad positions with stuff-all room. 4-6 hours to get in in and out at home, probably less than half that on a hoist with air tools.
